Day 1
Welcome to Tanzania!
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be greeted and transferred in a private vehicle to Gran Meliá Hotel, Arusha, a journey of approximately one hour. Upon arrival, check in and unwind in a luxurious business setting with stunning views of Mount Meru.
In the evening, enjoy a Welcome Networking Dinner at the hotel’s elegant rooftop restaurant, setting the stage for a productive and immersive business retreat.
Day 2-3
The day is dedicated to business and knowledge sharing with a full-day conference held in a state-of-the-art meeting room equipped with high-speed internet, AV facilities, and professional services. Throughout the day, enjoy coffee breaks and a business lunch, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment.
In the evening, unwind with a cocktail networking session at the hotel’s scenic poolside lounge, offering the perfect setting to connect and collaborate.
Day 4
The morning will continue with conference sessions accompanied by a corporate breakfast. In the afternoon, explore Arusha with a guided city tour, visiting local craft markets and cultural hotspots. Afterward, indulge in optional spa and wellness treatments at the hotel to relax and rejuvenate.
Conclude the day with a fine dining experience at one of Arusha’s top restaurants, offering exquisite cuisine in a refined atmosphere.
Day 5
Depart early in the morning for Tarangire National Park, a scenic 2.5-hour drive from Arusha. The day will be spent on a full-day private safari, where you can witness elephants, lions, and the iconic baobab trees in their natural habitat. Midday, enjoy a luxury bush lunch amidst the breathtaking wilderness.
As the evening approaches, transfer to Acacia Farm Lodge, a charming boutique retreat in Karatu, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings.
Day 6
Depart early in the morning for a scenic 45-minute drive (approx. 30 km) from Acacia Farm Lodge to Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most breathtaking wildlife destinations. Enjoy a thrilling game drive on the crater floor and explore its diverse ecosystem, home to the Big Five and countless other wildlife species.
At midday, savor a BBQ grill lunch at the crater rim, surrounded by stunning panoramic views. In the afternoon, continue exploring before returning to Acacia Farm Lodge for a farewell dinner, celebrating the success of your corporate retreat.
Day 7
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast with scenic views before your private transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flights.
For those wishing to extend their stay, an optional Zanzibar extension is available, offering the perfect post-conference escape with pristine beaches and luxury resorts.
