This thoughtfully curated 4-day safari immerses you in the heart of the Serengeti, offering a seamless blend of comfort, authenticity, and close-to-nature adventure. Fly directly into the Central Serengeti and explore iconic landscapes teeming with wildlife, including the legendary Big Five, guided by seasoned experts who bring the bush to life.
This is a flexible, year-round itinerary. While Central Serengeti delivers superb game viewing throughout the year, your routing may be adjusted to align with seasonal highlights — including the Great Migration (July–October), calving season (January–March), or the lush Western Corridor (May–June).
Designed for two adults sharing a room and easily customizable for families or small hosted groups.
Please note: Safari camps in the Serengeti often fill quickly during peak travel periods. Early booking is strongly advised to secure your preferred dates and accommodation.

Day 1
Welcome to Tanzania!
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by a Steven&Friends representative and transferred by private vehicle to your accommodation in Arusha (approx. 1-hour drive).
Take this time to relax, settle in, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you prepare for the unforgettable adventure that lies ahead.
Day 2
After an early breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Arusha Airport for a scenic flight into the heart of the Serengeti. Upon landing at Seronera Airstrip, your private Steven&Friends guide will welcome you and begin your first game drive en route to camp.
In the afternoon, venture out for a thrilling safari across the wildlife-rich plains of Central Serengeti — home to lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to camp for a relaxed evening immersed in nature.
Day 3
Spend the day exploring the iconic Seronera Valley with morning and afternoon game drives, where you’ll have excellent chances of spotting predators and a wide variety of wildlife.
For a truly unforgettable experience, you may choose to begin your day with an optional sunrise hot-air balloon safari (advance booking required).
Enjoy a bush picnic lunch amidst the wild, and unwind in the evening by the campfire or opt for a romantic bush dinner under the stars.
Day 4
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast with scenic views before beginning your final day in the Serengeti. You may opt for an early morning game drive—your last opportunity to witness the magic of the bush at sunrise—or simply unwind with a leisurely morning at camp.
For those interested, and if it is migration season, a full-day trip can be arranged in advance to either the Western Corridor or the northern Serengeti near the Mara River—depending on the current location of the Great Migration.
Later in the day, you’ll catch your flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha. For those wishing to extend their adventure, a beach escape to Zanzibar can easily be added to your itinerary.
